(ORLANDO, Fla.) Feb. 9, 2010 – Vestagen Technical Textiles LLC, announced it has added two new members to its executive team. Brian Crawford and Craig Suro join the Orlando-based health care startup company with diverse backgrounds in health care marketing and legislative affairs.

“Vestagen is less than a year old, and already, we have seen significant interest in our company and products,” said Ben Favret, president and CEO of Vestagen. “We are excited about our growth and pleased to welcome Brian and Craig to the team.”

Craig Suro joins Vestagen with a rich background in governmental and regulatory affairs. Most recently, he was with the Virginia Secretary of Health and Human Resources, where he held a cabinet position for four years. At Vestagen, Suro will serve as director of legislative affairs, relying on his expertise to facilitate strategic partnerships and programs for the company and educate key legislators on Vestagen technologies.

As Commercial Operations Officer, Brian Crawford is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company as well as marketing and promotions.  Crawford joins Vestagen from Waltham, Mass.-based Alkermes, a pharmaceutical company focused on drug technologies that treat central nervous system disorders, addiction and diabetes. Crawford served as head of public policy for the company.
